These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Jeri Project.
Parties: “We” refers to Jeri Project. the provider of software and design services. “Client” refers to the individual or organization using our services.
Effective Date: These terms take effect when the Client agrees to them.
Definitions:
Services: Software development, design, and consulting services offered by Jeri Project.
Project: Work carried out by Jeri Project as agreed with the Client.
Clients may use Jeri Project services under the following conditions:
Clients are entitled to receive services as defined in the agreed project scope.
Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to ensure smooth project execution.
Services and deliverables must not be used for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
Project and payment terms:
Scope: Each project will have a defined scope, timeline, and deliverables documented in a contract or proposal.
Fees and Payment: Payments are to be made according to the schedule, method, and terms outlined in the project agreement.
Changes: Any changes to the project scope may incur additional fees upon mutual agreement.
Ownership and usage rights:
Jeri Project retains copyright and ownership of all concepts, designs, and code developed.
Clients are granted a license to use the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
Clients may not distribute, sell, or modify the work without written permission from Jeri Project.
Limitations of liability:
Services are provided “as is,” and Jeri Project does not guarantee specific results beyond the agreed project specifications.
Jeri Project is not liable for losses arising from the use of deliverables outside the agreed scope.
Jeri Project is not responsible for delays or disruptions beyond our control.
Dispute handling:
Any disputes will be resolved through amicable discussion.
If unresolved, disputes may be settled via mediation or arbitration under Indonesian law.
Project termination terms:
Jeri Project may suspend or terminate the project if the Client violates these Terms.
Clients may continue using deliverables according to the granted license up to the termination date.
Jeri Project retains copyright over all concepts, designs, and code.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Jeri Project and the Client, superseding any prior communications related to the project.
Jeri Project may update these Terms, and changes will be posted on the official Jeri Project website.
